These terms apply to your use of SS TechMart and to purchases from SS Electronics and Electricals. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Seller details
SS Electronics and Electricals, H.No 7-7-293, Lenin Nagar, Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Telangana - 507101. Email sselectronics.kgm@gmail.com, phone 8328148081 or 9000423648. We sell CCTV, security, solar, electrical and electronic products.
2. Products and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated. Photos are for illustration; the product, brand and warranty are as described on the product page and bill. If a price or stock detail is wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Limited-time deals show a real end date and are priced by our system at checkout. Coupons may be limited by product category, minimum order, number of uses, dates, or the customers they are meant for, and cannot be combined unless stated. A coupon or deal never changes your statutory rights.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you see the confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We do not store your card or bank details. We may decline or cancel orders that look fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil.
4. Delivery and installation
We dispatch within 24 hours of confirmation and share tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. Installation is optional and charged as shown at checkout.
5. Returns, replacement and warranty
Defective products are replaced or refunded within 7 days of delivery, with a photo or video as proof. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Brand warranty is provided with the bill and handled as per the brand's terms. See the Returns policy for details.
6. Your account and reviews
You sign in with your Google account. Keep your account secure and give correct details. You can delete your account any time from the My account page. Only customers whose order has been delivered can rate a product, and the star rating counts only those verified reviews. Reviews must be honest and your own; we may remove reviews that are abusive or unrelated. Feedback the store collects from shop or WhatsApp customers is labelled separately and is not counted in the star rating.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or interfere with other customers.
- Do not place false or fraudulent orders.
- Do not copy our content or images for commercial use without permission.
8. Our responsibility
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Complaints
Write to our Grievance Officer at sselectronics.kgm@gmail.com or call 8328148081. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem district, Telangana, have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.
